Strong is the new skinny!
My wife and I were in the gym business for a couple years and the thing that got us more pumped up than anything was to see women getting strong. It's wild to think that some women are still in the mindset that they should just be "skinny" and only do cardio. Not only will weight lifting get you amazing physical results, but it will give you a boost of confidence like you've never had. Sydni had a baby 1 year ago and with a lot of hard work and dedication she is in even better shape than she was before she was pregnant. She set goals and had an amazing support system around her which helped her get to this point. You can do it too. There is no better time than now to start your fitness journey.
